Depending upon why you are seeking services, I offer both telephone and video sessions on a case-by-case basis. I do request that you attend a minimum of the first appointment in person so that we are able to meet, review the pros and cons of telemental health, and develop a treatment plan together. After the first session, if you live in Georgia, this allows us to work more flexibly to meet restraints set by distance or time as well as to build in treatment interventions that may not be possible in the office (e.g., exposures to feared places or activities).

Fees for telemental health services are the same as in-person fees.

Note: During the COVID-19 pandemic, I have waived the requirement for an in person first appointment.
