PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due in full on the day of service. Pre-payment for initial sessions is required.
Payment forms accepted: Cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express
CANCEllation Policy
Cancellations must be made by phone & voicemail at least 24 hours (one full business day) in advance.
Your appointment time is reserved specially for you, meaning that someone else misses an opportunity for treatment if you schedule and then do not give advance notice of cancellation.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, the full fee for your appointment will be charged to your account.
FEEs
Initial Session (60 Minutes, Required): $250
Follow-up Individual Session (45-50 Minutes): $175
Follow-up Extended Individual Session (51 - 60 Minutes): $195
Crisis Appointments/Crisis Management: $220 for first 60 minutes, $110 per each 1/2 hour following
Psychological Assessment: $210 per hour. Assessments typically take between 2 and 6 hours depending upon your needs and the purposes of the evaluation.
Out-of-Session Management (e.g., letter-writing, non-crisis phone calls, non-crisis coordination of care with other providers): Annual fee of $250 or $50 per 15-minute interval ($200/hour)
